This is for FHAGBI Ltd t/a UKFHS members to update their KFPS or UKFHS passport.
Please ensure your horse's registration papers are in your name and you have completed the TO2 Passport Change of Ownership Form before making a payment.
Take a copy your horse’s passport; keep these for your own records.
Download, print and complete the TO2 - PASSPORT CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP FORM.
Enclose copy of the horse’s registration paper.
Enclose passport.
Make payment.
Send the above documents to the address on the T02 form. Please note that old style FHAGBI or UKFS forms cannot be accepted.
The passport will be updated and returned to you within 10 days of receipt. Your horses' details along with your name and address will be inserted and held on the Central Equine Database (CED). Please note that FHAGBI Ltd t/a UKFHS, KFPS and DEFRA will be permitted to have access to horse passport details and owner/keeper names and addresses for studbook management and animal health surveillance purposes.

PAYMENT METHODS
There are several payment options available.
1. PAYPAL OR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD
Visit the online store and complete your membership application online, selecting 'Card/Paypal' as the payment method. Follow instructions to make the secure payment via Paypal or with a debit/credit card.
2. BANK TRANSFER Visit the online store and complete your membership application online, selecting 'Bank transfer' as the payment method. Then contact fhagbi.shop@outlook.com to be provided with our bank details. Please use your name as the reference.
3. CHEQUE Visit the online store and complete your membership application online, selecting 'Cheque Payment' as the payment method. The cheque should be made out to FHAGBI Ltd and posted to UKFHS, Chippenham Lodge Stud, Parkside, Ely, Cambridgeshire CB7 5PX.
